I love the minifig box designs!

How sturdy are the minifig keychains?

To help ensure your minifig stays in one piece, all detachable pieces (head/hands/torso/accessories) are glued down. However, they are still subject to normal wear and tear, and should never be left unsupervised with young children.

If you’re a collector who prefers to have certain pieces left unglued, please contact us before placing your order.

Are these genuine Lego minifigurines?

No. We source these products from our suppliers, and some items are specially custom-designed by us.

Do you do custom minifigs?

Yes we do! Whether it’s for a themed birthday party or company D&D, we’d be happy to discuss customisation for your event. Drop us an email here for more details.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, but we occasionally feature at local flea markets and other events. If you’d like to check out the minifigs in person, do refer to our events listings here.

How do I place an order?

  1. Add your items to the cart
  2. Proceed to checkout (make sure your email address is correct!)
  3. Wait for our checkout elves to review and confirm your order. If any item is unavailable/ out of stock, we will contact you change your order
  4. Once your order is confirmed, make payment (see Payment Methods)
  5. Sit back and await your minifig(s)!

What payment methods are accepted?

For Singapore customers, we accept payment through PayLah, PayNow and bank transfers.

For International customers, we accept payment through Paypal, Mastercard & Visa.

Payment details will be listed in your invoice.

Why isn't my discount code working?

The code must be entered exactly, without any spaces. Please also check the below:

  • You can only use one discount code per order. This applies to “free delivery” codes too.
  • Discount codes cannot be used for delivery charges.
  • Our discount codes vary, and so do their terms and conditions. You should be able to find the T&Cs below the code you found- codes may only be valid for certain items or specific people, and most codes will have an expiry date.

Has my order been shipped?

All orders will be dispatched in 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us. If you don’t receive this notification within 3 days of making payment, please contact us.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, you may cancel or edit it by emailing us with your order reference number. However, no changes are allowed once the dispatch notification has been sent.

How much is shipping?

For Singapore customers, tracked shipping is a flat fee of SGD$3.50.

For International customers, tracked shipping is a flat fee of SGD$7.20.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be mailed out in 1-3 business days.

For Singapore customers, delivery will take 2-3 business days.

For International customers, delivery will take 5-14 business days depending on your location.

You can track your order via the link in your dispatch notification.

I've yet to receive my parcel.

Once dispatched, your order should reach you in 2-3 business days (Singapore customers) or 5-14 business days (International customers). If you haven’t received it after this period, please email us with your order reference number and we’ll check on it immediately.

Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately all orders are final, and we only accept returns if the item is defective (see next FAQ for more details).

I've received a defective item. What should I do?

Whilst we do our best to protect the little guys during shipping, certain designs may be more vulnerable to damage. If you’ve received a defective item, send us an image of the defect along with your order reference number, and we’ll arrange for either a replacement or refund.

How long does a refund take to be processed?

Once we’ve reviewed the defective item and confirmed a refund, it will be issued within 14 days.
